The Aagon Consulting provides support to all Aagon products you purchase. This is also valid for Aagon products that you test as a free demo version. Here you will find a so-called Presale Support, this support starts with our software help.
Freeware generally is excluded from support. Please take this cases to our forum.

* Detailed Product Description
* Version number of the Aagon product 
* Operating system, Service Pack, if necessary
* Hardware characteristics
* Network Structure
* System environment (firewall, proxy, router)
* Text / screenshot of any error messages
