License information<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n

ADDENDUM TO THE AAGON SOFTWARE LICENSE AND WARRANTY AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a legal agreement between the end user (the Licensee) named on the License Information and Aagon GmbH, which is a supplemental agreement to the Aagon Software License and Warranty Agreement (License Agreement) included in the original retail packages of the software products (Software) listed on the License Information. This Supplemental Agreement and the rights granted herein apply only to end users who receive a commercial package of the software titles listed on the License Information and who have agreed to the terms of the License Agreement included in such package. Please read this license agreement. By using and making copies of this software, the licensee accepts the following terms and conditions. <\/p>\n

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AAGON GMBH WILL NOT GRANT LICENSES FOR ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THE SOFTWARE. IN THIS CASE, RETURN THE LICENSE INFORMATION WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE TO THE RESELLER FROM WHOM YOU PURCHASED IT WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE PURCHASE PRICE. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Warranty of the software license<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aagon GmbH grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to make the number of copies of each title of the software and the associated user documentation specified on the license information next to the respective title and to use them exclusively for the purposes of the licensee within the scope of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Upgrade insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Until the expiration of the associated maintenance contract, the licensee is entitled to use all upgrades of the software for which the licensee has arranged upgrade insurance in accordance with the information on the license information, up to the specified number of copies, provided that the licensee is entitled to upgrade insurance only for software copies that have otherwise been insured by Aagon GmbH.
An upgrade is a version of the software that has been officially released and replaces the previous version of the software on the Aagon GmbH price list. The use of all software titles upgraded in this way is subject to the terms and conditions of the license agreement and this supplementary agreement. The provisions on exclusion of warranty and limitation of liability are included without restriction. The licensee may only make copies in the form of object code of the copies of the software and the user documentation contained in the original commercial package of the Aagon software; the copies of the software licensed to the licensee are not increased by this. <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Copies of the software<\/strong><\/p>\n

Licensee may make the copies of the Software authorized in Sections 1 and 2 of this Certificate only in the form of object code from the copies of the Software and user documentation contained in the original commercial package of the Aagon Software provided to Licensee by its reseller.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Upgrades<\/strong><\/p>\n

Upgrades (if any) of the SOFTWARE with respect to the copies licensed under this Supplemental Agreement may only be obtained in the quantity specified on the License Information.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n

This Supplemental Agreement and the License Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all other written or oral agreements with respect to such subject matter.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THE LICENSEE'S ORIGINAL LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH AAGON GMBH, THE RIGHT OF RETURN FOR ALL RIGHTS GRANTED BY THIS CERTIFICATE IS LIMITED TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE LICENSE INFORMATION.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"content-type":"","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-8289","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\nLicense information -
