The independent study, which is conducted annually by the IT market research company, reflects the experiences of over 3,000 IT users and evaluates the solutions used and the corresponding software manufacturers.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the name PUR-IT Ops 2022 - PUR stands for Professional User Rating - the IT market research company techconsult surveyed over<span> <\/span><strong>3,000 users<\/strong><span> <\/span>on their practical experience with<span> <\/span><strong>95 solutions<span> <\/span><\/strong>and the corresponding software manufacturers. The manufacturer and solution evaluation was based on over 60 criteria in 14 sub-categories and took into account parameters such as range of functions, performance and user-friendliness. Four areas emerged from this question: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Software Asset &amp; License Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Client Lifecycle Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>IT service desk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>IT &amp; Network Inventory Management<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>                                           <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The results of the extensive survey are presented by techconsult in the form of a \"diamond\", in which the individual providers are positioned according to their ratings. acmp from aagon received<strong>excellent ratings<\/strong>from users in<strong>all surveys<span> <\/span><span> <\/span> and - as in the previous year - emerged as the so-called champion in all categories (i.e. the top five in each category). In this year's survey, aagon was even able to top the previous year's result and is now the undisputed leader.<\/strong>  <span> <\/span><strong>in the first place<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sebastian Weber, Head of Product Management at aagon, comments: \"We want to continue to set ourselves apart from the competition with a good mix of customer proximity and future-oriented topics.
