The Soest-based software company continues to grow, acquires 340 new customers and increases its annual turnover by more than ten percent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Soest, January 23, 2023: aagon is delighted with the extremely positive development of the company and is relaxed about the future: In the past financial year, the Soest-based client management specialist recorded an increase in sales of over ten percent despite challenging geopolitical times and was able to acquire 340 new customers. The innovative team around the two company founders and managing directors Sascha H\u00e4ckel and Wilko Frenzel is also continuing to grow: 30 new employees are helping aagon to continue its success story in 2023 and develop tailor-made solutions that customers can use to optimize their business. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The recipe for success for the significant increase in sales of over ten percent to <\/span>15.7 million euros<\/strong> <\/span>Compared to the previous year, Sascha H\u00e4ckel and Wilko Frenzel see the main improvement in their corporate strategy: aagon has set itself the goal of helping its customers to increase their efficiency using existing resources. The two new modules in particular paid off in 2022 <\/span>acmp Bitlocker and Defender Management<\/strong> <\/span>\"Over 90 percent of our customers have Microsoft on-board resources in their corporate IT. With our solutions, they can manage and optimize them much better,\" explains Sascha H\u00e4ckel.<\/p>\n

As competent partners, specialist dealers and system houses have also always been an important success factor for aagon. They offer customers complementary and valuable services. This is a concept that is to be further expanded in the future - and significantly so: aagon has set itself the goal of increasing the <\/span>share of the partner business <\/span><\/strong>within the next few years from ten to <\/span>40 to 50 percent<\/strong>. \"We want to achieve this with a revised partner agreement including an optimized marketing fund as well as additional staff responsible for partner support, an online learning portal and numerous joint customer campaigns,\" explains Wilko Frenzel. <\/p>\n

Greatest strengths: Distinct customer proximity and qualified service<\/strong><\/p>\n

In general, the Soest-based software company attaches great importance to consistently high product and service quality as well as the continuous, targeted expansion of its portfolio: \"Our maxim is and remains to develop solutions that solve our customers' day-to-day challenges, make their work easier and ensure stable, efficient corporate IT,\" says Sascha H\u00e4ckel. aagon's strength is its proximity to customers, whose feedback is always incorporated into product development. \"In this context, the further development of our support department is also particularly important to us,\" adds Sascha H\u00e4ckel. \"Because we don't just want to win customers, we also want to keep them.
