With the acmp 5.4 Suite, the experts at aagon are once again demonstrating what modern, efficient client management can achieve today and how it must support the day-to-day work of IT administrators. Dynamic dashboards, an optimized helpdesk and new features for client commands are just some of the numerous innovations that the brand-new aagon solution has to offer. <\/p>\n

The most important new functions of the acmp 5.4 Suite include the <\/span>dynamic dashboards<\/strong>, which can be individually adapted to the respective <\/span>Points of interest<\/strong> <\/span>can be customized. IT administrators can quickly gain an overview of all the information that is important to them. For example, how many open tickets are currently waiting to be processed or which software packages need to be distributed. The layout of the dashboards and the display period can also be configured individually. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Another helpful new feature of the <\/span>acmp Helpdesk <\/span><\/strong>up: The integrated <\/span>spell checker<\/strong> now takes over <\/span>The helpdesk employee can check and, if necessary, correct the entries in the ticket. It has access to an extensive German and English dictionary, and additional language versions can be added as an option. <\/p>\n

The most important innovations at a glance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Also new in version 5.4: The <\/span>job collections<\/strong>, which contain the sequence of software packages to be rolled out, are now available in the entire acmp suite - i.e. also in query management and the helpdesk.<\/p>\n

An interesting feature for <\/span>license management: Hyper-V and vSphere hosts<\/strong> <\/span>can now be inventoried with all guest systems on them directly via the acmp scanner or an interface.<\/p>\n

The following innovation is also based on the experience and needs of customers and reduces the workload for redundant processes: If a user reports a problem to the helpdesk for which a solution has already been developed, the IT administrator can add existing <\/span>knowledge base articles including explanatory images<\/strong> <\/span>to the comment in the helpdesk.<\/p>\n

The fact that acmp is completely <\/span>DGSVO-compliant<\/strong> <\/span>shows another feature that implements the \"right to be forgotten<\/strong>\". From now on, acmp can be used to delete or anonymize user-relevant data from the ticket history. This function is particularly important when an employee leaves the company, for example. <\/p>\n

The handling of acmp's own client commands has also been redefined in acmp 5.4<\/strong>. In large parts <\/span>64-bit compatibility <\/span><\/strong>now <\/span>standard<\/strong> <\/span>and thus lays the foundation for company-wide <\/span>Windows 10 migrations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>Another innovation concerns the aagon\/Avira management platform, which now supports a total ofnine languages<\/strong> <\/span>in addition to German, English and French.<\/p>\n
