Soest \/ Nuremberg, October 10, 2019:<\/strong> <\/span>The result of the study conducted by techconsult, an IT market research company, is clear: the acmp suite came out on top in the \"Customer Satisfaction Analysis by Users for Users\". Under the name PUR 2020 - PUR stands for Professional User Rating - techconsult surveyed around 2,000 users in the field of IT operations. The aagon team accepted the coveted awards at it-sa in Nuremberg, Europe's largest IT security trade fair. <\/p>\n

In order to create a comprehensive picture of the IT operations sector with its numerous providers and solutions, the market analysts at techconsult were faced with a mammoth task. <\/span>2,000 users<\/strong> <\/span>were asked in detail about their experiences with the various solutions. The manufacturers and solutions were evaluated according to various criteria such as range of functions, performance and user-friendliness. Sustainability, service and support as well as user training were also included in the evaluation. <\/p>\n

The overarching question of the PUR 2020 study was: What are the main tasks that IT departments have to deal with in their day-to-day operations? Four areas emerged from this question: <\/p>\n
