The SQL Express Server can be used up to a maximum of 500 clients. Please note that we advise against using an SQL Express Server in an environment with 100 clients or more.
Depending on the version of the SQL Express Server, please note Microsoft's restrictions regarding CPU cores and memory utilisation.
We generally recommend the use of a fully-fledged Microsoft SQL Server.

CPU, RAM: Apart from the system requirements of the operating system, the ACMP Agent has no special requirements for the client.
