How can I purchase packaging?
Software packaging is offered to you in contingents. These are staggered as follows: 1 package (test package only possible once per customer), 5, 10, 25, 100, 500 or 1000 packages. The quotas are billed when the order is placed and are utilised over the term of the contract. How quickly will I receive a parcel?
Our parcelers work on your parcels from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30. Please note that from Monday to Thursday, individual parcels can be expected the next day on average; if you place a parcel order on Fridays or weekends/holidays, it will be processed the next working day at the earliest. If you have urgent parcels, please contact your sales representative before submitting the enquiry form.

Manage software packages easily in the Aagon Service Portal
You can manage the packages you have ordered quickly and easily in our Service Portal. Here you can also see the current status of your existing packages and order new packages. In addition, you can also download the packages again here, eliminating the need to send forms and data back and forth.
