Release Notes 6.5.7
With this release of ACMP we want to meet our quality standards and ensure your smooth workflow. It is the basis for ACMP 6.6.0 and must be installed in preparation.
ACMP Server-License Key
Up to now you received a key for each licensed ACMP module. This means there was one key per ACMP module.
Starting with ACMP 6.6.0 there is only one server license key per server. This server license key is used to query the licensed modules online and activate them for you.
This version compares the current licenses with the licenses stored on the online server. If there are any discrepancies, please contact sales support at backoffice@aagon.com.
The synchronization message will be displayed in the ACMP console after each login if the synchronization has not yet been successfully completed. This message can be skipped and does not affect your work. However, it is technically not possible to download ACMP 6.6.0 until the synchronization has been successfully completed.
The ACMP 6.6.0 release is expected to be available for you by end of April/Begin of May, please perform your synchronization and prepare all releases and settings as listed below.
After installing ACMP 6.5.7, please have server-license key you received by e-mail ready.
The exact procedure can be found here: doc.aagon.com/bin/view/ACMP/65/ACMP-Solutions/System/ACMP%20Lizenzen/Server-Lizenzschl%C3%BCssel%20einspielen%20in%20der%20ACMP%20Version%206.5.7/
To ensure that the server license key can be used correctly, the ACMP server in your network should already be accessible from the following domain: acmplicense.aagon.com, port 443.
In addition, at least one ACMP console needs access to the following domain
acmpupdate.aagon.com port 443
Team Viewer client update
In case Aagon Support should access your environment remotely after the release, a Team Viewer client is included in ACMP. This will be updated to the latest version with the release.
ACMP Unix Agent
The ACMP Unix Agent and Unix Offline Scanner are updated to latest version and receive some minor performance and stability improvements.
AESB 1.9
This ACMP release also includes the latest version of AESB. The full release notes for the new version can be found here: Link
TLS support - note
Internally ACMP has been communicating with TLS 1.2 or higher for quite some time. Starting with ACMP 6.6.0 our external interfaces (E-Mail Service, File-Repos, ACMP Document API, ACMP Web Interface) will no longer accept requests from participants with TLS 1.2 encryption. Please check the settings in your environment now in connection with this release. More information on this topic can be found in our community.
Components to update
If you use AESB, you will need to update it separately after this release.
