Release Notes 6.6.2
With this release of ACMP we want to meet our quality standards and guarantee you a smooth workflow.

ACMP OS Deployment
The extended processing of answer files in ACMP OS Deployment requires an installed ADK version. We have extended the support of ADK versions to include the latest version, thus ensuring broader usability.

ACMP Desktop Automation
After the update to ACMP 6.6.0 and following, the Windows error code 1314 was issued when executing Client Commands with impersonation and “Execute as” in PowerShell scripts. With this bugfix release this configuration works again as desired and without error code.
Additionally, a bug causing in rare cases Container Jobs to start in an incorrect order from version 6.6.0 onward has been fixed.

ACMP Asset Management
The ACMP Asset Management has been extended by a paging feature, which significantly improves performance, especially with a large number of Assets. Corresponding pages are now created, and the Assets are always loaded in partial areas. Further information can be found in our online help.

ACMP database settings
When updating from ACMP 6.5.7 to ACMP 6.6.0 and higher, it could happen that database settings were changed. In particular, the recovery model was affected, which was changed to “Simple”. If you need the recovery model “Full”, please check the settings after this update and correct them if necessary. You can find these settings on your database server.

ACMP CTI
An incorrect error message was displayed in the ACMP Notifier when trying to activate the CTI function. Despite sufficient licenses, it was displayed that there were not enough free licenses available.

ACMP Security
With ACMP 6.6.2, the Windows PROCESS_MITIGATION_REDIRECTION_TRUST_POLICY was implemented, specifically the EnforceRedirectionTrust setting. This implementation prevents processes from following file system redirections (such as symlinks) created by non-administrators, thereby enhancing security against potential privilege escalation attacks. This security measure becomes necessary and effective at least with current Windows Updates.

Components to be updated
There are no further components to update.

Changelog
As always, you can find out what has been corrected and improved in detail in our changelog.
