The aesb is a message-based enterprise service bus. It can be used to connect a wide variety of data sources, even from distributed structures, and process them using the integrated workflow engine. The aesb therefore offers a major advantage for all acmp administrators to significantly expand their client management system.

The Linux and Mac agent supports you in the inventory and management of Linux and macOS devices. With acmp, you can also manage these devices centrally in a single console in line with Unified Endpoint Management and always have everything in view.
Asset management and helpdesk functions also available on mobile devices
The acmp app supplements asset management and the helpdesk with mobile usability. This gives administrators the ability to access the desired functions quickly and flexibly while on the move.
All asset management and helpdesk customers can use the app on the iOS and Android operating systems at no additional cost.

What requirements must be met for the Linux and Mac agent?
acmp must be installed and the devices must be Microsoft .Net 6 based. You can find more details in the system requirements.
What is the minimum requirement to use the acmp app?
- The aesb from version 1.6 is required. However, we recommend version 1.7
- The acmp server must be patched to version 6.4.0.
- Android version 6 or iOS 13.0
Which user authorizations are required?
Access to ticket management and master data management (acmp Core).
