How can I purchase packaging?
Software packaging is offered in quotas. These are staggered as follows: 1 package, 5, 10, 25, 100, 500 or 1000 packages. The quotas are invoiced when the order is placed and are called up over the term. For a dedicated offer, simply contact your sales representative at aagon on +492921 789200.
How quickly will I receive a parcel?
Our parcelers work on your parcels from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30. Please note that from Monday to Thursday, individual parcels can be expected the next day on average; if you place a parceling order on Fridays or weekends/holidays, it will be processed the next working day at the earliest. If you have urgent parcels, please contact your sales representative.
Manage software packages easily in the aagon Service Portal
You can manage the contingents you have ordered quickly and easily in our service portal. Here you can also see the current status of your existing packages and order new packages. You can also download the packages again here, eliminating the hassle of sending forms and data back and forth.
