As an aagon customer, you are entitled to support. aagon offers support for all aagon products that you have purchased. This also applies to products that you test as a demo version.

Here you will receive so-called presale support; this support is intended to help you with your first steps with our software. Freeware is generally excluded from support. In this case, please use our Community.

How can we help you?

Required information

 

Please have the following information ready for the support request:

  • Exact product name
  • Version number of the aagon product
  • Operating system, service pack if applicable
  • Hardware conditions
  • Network structure
  • System environment (firewall, proxy, router)
  • Wording/screenshot of any error messages

 

We naturally endeavor to solve all our customers' problems with acmp immediately, but we cannot promise this. So if an aagon expert does not solve the problem straight away, we will call you back as soon as we can present you with a solution.
