acmp Advanced Administration Training

Training goal

In this training course, you will learn the functions of the acmp Core module, the security modules, asset and license management and helpdesk. We recommend combining this training with the software distribution and patch management training on the following days.

Target group

The training is aimed at administrators, IT managers and users who work with acmp.

• Basics and possible applications
• Inventory strategies: OneScanClient, acmp Service, Agentless Scan
• Query management/inventory: basic principle, creating your own queries
• Managing the security modules
• Creating and capturing assets
• Creating license packages
• Structure of the helpdesk system
• Open questions

Prerequisites

Classroom training

• Knowledge of current Microsoft Windows client operating systems and basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server environment are recommended for participation.

Online training

• Knowledge of current Microsoft Windows client operating systems and basic knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Server environment are recommended for participation.
• Communication during the training takes place via Microsoft Teams.
• For online training, you can connect to our online training environment via RDP or your acmp environment.
