Security first! Recognize and avoid vulnerabilities

Soest, March 11, 2025: Under the motto "meet. learn. protect." security experts will meet at the secIT congress trade fair in Hanover from March 19 to 20. More than 100 well-known IT companies will be presenting their latest IT security solutions. In addition, top speakers will be giving high-caliber presentations and workshops on security-related topics. The experts from aagon (stand no. E47) will be there to explain how IT administration can be automated with unified endpoint management systems.

For several years now, secIT in Hanover has been one of the most important trade fairs for IT security officers, data center managers, network administrators and decision-makers in security issues. And the demand for reliable solutions that guarantee the security of business-critical data is huge. This is because new security vulnerabilities emerge every day, requiring corresponding actions and patches. In view of these challenges, it is no longer possible for the administration department to keep all computers in their company up to date and secure manually. Automated IT management is therefore becoming increasingly relevant.

The answer to this challenge is UEM: with Unified Endpoint Management, all devices within an IT network can be centrally managed and secured - all from a single console. Thanks to their modular structure, these solutions automate many routine IT administration tasks by dividing end devices into groups based on specific criteria and dynamically assigning jobs and scripts. With functions such as patch and asset management and the seamless integration of security tools, aagon is responding to the growing demands for IT security in an increasingly complex digital world.

Invitation to a free deep dive by the aagon expert

As one of the larger cogs in complex IT infrastructures, the client and server infrastructure in the Microsoft environment offers a large attack surface. acmp not only uncovers and displays vulnerabilities, but also provides the appropriate countermeasures. In his article, aagon expert Ulrich Kluge shows the interaction of the acmp modules Complete aagon Windows Update Management (CAWUM), Managed Software and Vulnerability Management, which can be used to reduce the attack surface in IT. The free Deep Dive "How to find vulnerabilities before others do", which Ulrich Kluge will attend on March 19 at 11:30 a.m. in Workshop Room 18, provides valuable information on this topic.
