In the independent customer satisfaction analysis In Techconsult's 2026 Professional User Rating (Technology Market Analysts – a Heise Group company), acmp emerged as one of the leading solutions in the categories Security and IT Operations aagon was recognized as a champion in the following areas: Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Client Lifecycle Management, Software Asset Management & License Management, IT & Network Inventory Management, IT Service Desk, and Patch Management. For Vulnerability Management, aagon earned the title of “High Performer.”
A total of 7,790 interviews were conducted, and the very positive customer feedback on the acmp client management solution is reflected in the ratings for both the "Solution" and "Company" categories.
