Challenges

Due to the increasing number of clients, the tasks in the city administration's IT service could no longer be managed manually. Sascha Zündorf and his team therefore decided to introduce an automation solution for routine tasks such as patch management and software distribution.

The result

The City of Schleiden's client management has become more effective in every respect since the introduction of the acmp Suite. Routine tasks such as patch management and software distribution have been fully automated. This saves the IT team a great deal of time, which is now available for other tasks.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

The town of Schleiden has around 13,000 inhabitants and is located in the Eifel National Park in North Rhine-Westphalia. At
, the town council has a team of six people who ensure that everything runs smoothly in IT. Almost 300 clients are managed, e.g. in the town hall, in the building yard and in the five municipal school locations.
