- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or hold a comparable IT qualification.
- You have anywhere from a few months to several years of professional experience in IT support or in the administration of client systems.
- You have a very good understanding of Windows clients and standard desktop hardware.
- You have a good knowledge ofActiveDirectory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- You already have experience in first- and second-level support and enjoy working directly with users.
- You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.
- You're interested in process optimization, automation, and well-organized IT documentation.
- You have a very good command of German and, ideally, a good command of English.
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Intune, phone systems, or automation is a plus, but not required.
- You are a team player, service-oriented, and have a compelling, communicative style.
- You have practical experience in network administration, are familiar with switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs, and understand network concepts such as VLAN, DHCP, DNS, andActiveDirectory.
