The software manufacturer from Soest is relying on an experienced sales strategist with strong channel DNA. Philipp Naujoks will strengthen existing partnerships and attract new partners to the UEM ecosystem
Soest, April 28, 2026: aagon GmbH, the leading provider of unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions "Made in Germany", is further expanding its sales organization: Philipp Naujoks has taken over the position of Leader Channel Sales as of April 1, 2026. In this key role, the experienced channel expert is responsible for the strategic management, expansion and further development of partner sales. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry, Naujoks has extensive expertise in setting up and scaling indirect sales structures. His focus is on the development of high-performance partner ecosystems and the sustainable transformation of channel models that enable long-term growth for manufacturers, partners and customers.Philipp Naujoks most recently worked as Director Channel Sales at Empolis Information Management GmbH. There he managed the strategic expansion of the partner business and established sustainable structures in the enterprise environment. Prior to this, he held various management positions at renowned industry giants such as the Telefónica Deutschland Group, Vodafone and Reach.

At aagon, Philipp Naujoks' focus is on actively living, developing and successfully expanding existing partnerships in the long term. At the same time, the channel is to be expanded in a targeted manner: New system houses, integration partners, consulting firms and other market participants are to be acquired for aagon. The aim is to position aagon even more strongly in the market as a central point of contact for all aspects of UEM.

In his private life, Naujoks focuses on his family. He is married and prefers to spend his free time with his wife and daughter. In addition to his passion for good food, cooking and traveling - especially to Italy - he is a volunteer with the ProMensch Kamen association, which promotes social diversity.
