Soest, October 10, 2025: aagon is restructuring its management team. Effective October 9, 2025, Jürgen Vogler will take over as the new CEO of the software company. With this move, the shareholders are ensuring a successful transition for the company, which was founded in 1992, and setting the course for further growth. The two founders, Wilko Frenzel and Sascha Häckel, are stepping back from day-to-day operations.
As early as January 2025, the founders had already initiated the corporate succession plan for the company. The reorganization of the management team is now the next step toward creating a sustainable and stable foundation for implementing the company’s future growth strategy.

Jürgen Vogler was most recently a partner at msg security advisors, the cybersecurity division of the international consulting firm msg systems ag. In addition to decades of experience in the field of security-related software and IT services, he also brings extensive experience as a managing director, most recently at a leading company specializing in IT security and data protection.
In an era of artificial intelligence, a rapidly growing number of endpoints to manage, and the rising threat of security vulnerabilities and cyberattacks, aagon continues to focus on developing products that address these specific customer needs. “Our customers can continue to rely on innovative solutions—such as the recently launched acmp Intune Management—combined with our customary product reliability and high service standards,” Jürgen Vogler adds.
