IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) in Soest to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect from us

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical issues and inquiries.
  • You will analyze, address, and resolve challenges that arise in connection with our products and work closely with our development team to find sustainable solutions.
  • You will create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to help speed up the process of finding solutions to future inquiries.
  • You will advise and assist users in using the modules of our client management platform.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or hold a comparable qualification.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Windows Server and client operating systems, as well as Active Directory.
  • You have a good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, LAN, DHCP, DNS).
  • You are enthusiastic about new technologies and willing to engage in ongoing professional development.
  • You are independent, a good communicator, and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You have a strong commitment to customer service.
