Sebastian Weber (aagon) provides detailed information on optimal client management
The program was supplemented by practical presentations from customers. These provided an individual insight into the use of aagon solutions and also showed where weaknesses could arise in client management.
In addition to the presentations from the customer and company side, individual discussions offered the opportunity to express praise and criticism or to talk in detail about new ideas with the aagon team of experts. The acmp experience exchange concluded with an open and relaxed round of talks.
Voices from the pit lane
Sebastian Weber, Product Manager at aagon, and experienced aagon consultants were on site for the exchange of experiences and not only presented the new developments relating to acmp, but also provided intensive support for all participating customers. The exchange with our customers is very important to us, emphasizes Weber. With the feedback from acmp users on our software, we can continue to develop the acmp suite in an agile way at all times. The exchange of experience helps us not to lose sight of our customers' view of our services. We can also use their input to provide our customers with exactly what they need.
acmp users such as Ulrike Spannagel, OSI Food Solutions Germany GmbH, and Stefan Wentingmann, Tedi GmbH & Co. KG, praised the events throughout Germany both in terms of content and organization. The practical relevance was particularly appealing Jörg Dollhäuptl, IHK Nuremberg, and Cristof Marcinek, Hellweg Die Profi-Baumärkte. I really enjoyed the presentation by the colleague from Tedi and the talk about SAM! Dirk Hoder from Hellweg Die Profi-Baumärkte.
Always looking to the future
aagon's experience exchange program takes place at various trend-setting locations such as the Motodrom at the Hockenheimring, Soest or Berlin. aagon does not have to worry about a lack of interest: the Events are extremely popular and the places are always booked out long in advance.
New ideas for future meetings also came from the participants: Matthias Stebner, Panasonic Industrial Devices, brought Hamburg into the running, and Philipp Böser, Furtwangen University, is banking on the "Europapark with the motto rollercoaster" for a future meeting.
