aagon maintains top ratings in customer survey

Soest, March 3, 2021: The coronavirus crisis is also presenting IT companies with unexpected and multifaceted challenges. Both in terms of customer support and with regard to the requirements for business environments that can be digitized quickly and managed at any time. These aspects were included in techconsult's latest customer satisfaction analysis, in which aagon once again achieved top scores with its acmp suite and emerged as the clear champion.

The results of the independent study conducted by techconsult, an IT market research company, prove it in black and white: both the acmp suite and aagon as a manufacturer are rated first-class by customers - even in this year of crisis. Under the name PUR-IT Ops 2021 - PUR stands for Professional User Rating - techconsult surveyed over 2,150 users on their practical experience with 120 solutions and the corresponding software manufacturers. The manufacturer and solution evaluation was based on over 60 criteria in 14 sub-categories and took into account parameters such as range of functions, performance and user-friendliness. The manufacturer's innovative strength, sustainability, service and support as well as user training were also included in the assessment.

The PUR 2021 study, whose questions are based on the day-to-day operations of IT departments, is intended to make it easier for companies to decide on new IT solutions. Four areas emerged from this task:

  • Software Asset & License Management
  • Client Lifecycle Management
  • IT service desk
  • IT & Network Inventory Management

The result of the extensive survey is presented by techconsult in the form of a "diamond", in which the individual providers are positioned according to their ratings. acmp from aagon receivedexcellent ratingsinall surveys and emerged as the so-called champion in all categories. The champions at the top of the diamond include the five best vendors in each category. And in the category Software Asset Management & License Management As in the previous year, aagon is the undisputed leader.
