acmp 5.4.4 from aagon

Soest, July 3, 2019: With the current version of its acmp suite 5.4.4, client management and client automation specialist aagon has once again demonstrated that it knows and understands its customers' requirements precisely. This is because all the new features make the IT administrator's day-to-day work easier and are the result of aagon customers' wish lists.

The most significant addition to version 5.4.4 is the dashboard that appears when the acmp suite is started. In order to provide a better overview right at system startup, several dashboards can be created for each plugin - which can be constantly updated if required. If required, these show the synchronization status and the status of the file repositories, among other things. This information is helpful, for example, when a Windows update is due and the available capacity of the hard disk may not be sufficient. The dashboard also provides the system administrator with an overview of the number of managed clients, open and processed helpdesk queries or failed jobs from the past few days right from the start.

The next innovation is also a result of customer requests: The separation between the helpdesk home page and the statistics has been removed and merged into one dashboard, which now contains both queries and statistics and can be continuously updated on request.

The next function - which also makes work much easier - comes from controlling. For example, the start condition for creating a report for accounting with all available assets such as PCs, printers, other equipment and licenses can be set to the "last day of the month". From the new version onwards, the details of current contracts are also displayed more clearly with information on the term and possible termination dates. acmp now marks the "Required termination date" and the "Next possible expiration date" in the form of display fields.
