The CeBIT highlight in the area of client management

Soest, April 25, 2016 The response from our customers to the latest acmp addition was overwhelming: acmp Asset Management, which was already brilliantly presented at CeBIT as a pre-release version, not only impressed long-standing aagon users. New customers were also impressed by the exceptionally powerful yet surprisingly easy-to-use asset management solution. Unlike other tools, the module not only records and manages all IT equipment such as computers, keyboards, mice, monitors and mobile devices, but also the desks and chairs belonging to the workplace. The new module also integrates perfectly with existing acmp Inventory and acmp Helpdesk modules: An invaluable advantage for both the IT manager and the controlling department in medium-sized companies.

At CeBIT, the aagon development team - after successfully completing an intensive beta phase - collected some extremely constructive customer requests and implemented them in the new software. "Quality and customer proximity have always been the measure of all things for us. That's why we give our customers' input top priority," says Thorsten Kontorzik, head of the QA department at aagon. "The final extensive test phase of the new features will be completed in around eight weeks. The result is something to be proud of: a sophisticated asset management solution in a class of its own."
