Soest, September 26, 2017: The client management specialist for SMEs welcomed around 200 customers and partners to its 25th anniversary. Managing Directors Wilko Frenzel and Sascha Häckel - together with their dedicated team of employees - have been writing success stories with their client management software for many years. The company was launched in 1992 as aagon Network & Communication Services, and just four years after its foundation, the founders were able to expand their company into a limited liability company. Vacancies for training new software developers and commercial staff are almost permanently available as the company continues to expand rapidly.

"With over 800 satisfied customers, we are one of the market leaders in the field of client management software and client automation for SMEs," explains Wilko Frenzel, Managing Director of aagon GmbH. The software solution attaches great importance to flexibility, as every company has different client management requirements. With its acmp Suite, a broad repertoire of powerful modules and a highly committed support team, each customer receives individual support. The fact that aagon is extremely successful with its software is impressively demonstrated by the high level of customer satisfaction. "Over the past nine years, more than 98 percent of our customers have renewed their aagon licenses. Last year, the rate was even an impressive 99.4 percent," continues Frenzel.

Anniversary celebration and exchange of experiences

Two weeks ago, aagon invited its customers, partners and employees to a large anniversary celebration in the Soest town hall, where they also exchanged experiences. The approximately 200 participants spent an entertaining and very enjoyable evening, which also included plenty of professional input. Particular praise was given to the Client Command Challenge - a competition in which an elegant and efficient client command script had to be developed for specific tasks. The tasks were based on real examples or typical daily challenges for system administrators working with acmp. The winners of this competition were Marian Grahl of the German Savings Banks and Giro Association e.V. and Niklas Gottschalk from E. Zoller GmbH & Co.
