Also new in version 5.4: The job collections, which contain the sequence of software packages to be rolled out, are now available in the entire acmp suite - i.e. also in query management and the helpdesk.

An interesting feature for license management: Hyper-V and vSphere hosts can now be inventoried with all guest systems on them directly via the acmp scanner or an interface.

The following innovation is also based on the experience and needs of customers and reduces the workload for redundant processes: If a user reports a problem to the helpdesk for which a solution has already been developed, the IT administrator can add existing knowledge base articles including explanatory images to the comment in the helpdesk.

The fact that acmp is completely DGSVO-compliant shows another feature that implements the "right to be forgotten". From now on, acmp can be used to delete or anonymize user-relevant data from the ticket history. This function is particularly important when an employee leaves the company, for example.

The handling of acmp's own client commands has also been redefined in acmp 5.4. In large parts 64-bit compatibility now standard and thus lays the foundation for company-wide Windows 10 migrations.

Another innovation concerns the aagon/Avira management platform, which now supports a total ofnine languages in addition to German, English and French.
