In the independent customer satisfaction analysis Professional User Rating 2026 by Techconsult (Technology Market Analysts - A Heise Group Company), acmp was ranked as one of the leading solutions in the categories Security and IT Operations through. aagon was named champion in the following areas - Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Client Lifecycle Management, Software Asset Management & License Management, IT & Network Inventory Management, IT Service Desk and Patch Management. aagon won the title of High Performer for Vulnerability Management.
A total of 7,790 interviews were conducted and the very good customer feedback on the acmp client management solution is reflected in the results of the ratings in both the Solution and Company sections.
