aagon receives prestigious awards at it-sa

Soest / Nuremberg, October 10, 2019: The result of the study conducted by techconsult, an IT market research company, is clear: the acmp suite came out on top in the "Customer Satisfaction Analysis by Users for Users". Under the name PUR 2020 - PUR stands for Professional User Rating - techconsult surveyed around 2,000 users in the field of IT operations. The aagon team accepted the coveted awards at it-sa in Nuremberg, Europe's largest IT security trade fair.

In order to create a comprehensive picture of the IT operations sector with its numerous providers and solutions, the market analysts at techconsult were faced with a mammoth task. 2,000 users were asked in detail about their experiences with the various solutions. The manufacturers and solutions were evaluated according to various criteria such as range of functions, performance and user-friendliness. Sustainability, service and support as well as user training were also included in the evaluation.

The overarching question of the PUR 2020 study was: What are the main tasks that IT departments have to deal with in their day-to-day operations? Four areas emerged from this question:

  • IT service desk,

  • Network Management & Monitoring,

  • Client Lifecycle Management and

  • Software Asset & License Management.

The results of the extensive survey are presented by techconsult in the form of a "diamond", in which the individual providers are positioned according to their ratings.

acmp from aagon occupies the top positions in all questions and is active in the areas of software Asset & License Management and Client Lifecycle Management clearly emerged as the winner. "User satisfaction is our benchmark and spurs us on to further top performance," explains Alexander Stühl, Director Sales & Marketing at aagon.

Customer satisfaction is also reflected in the annual renewal rate of licenses: around 99 percent of existing customers have renewed their existing aagon licenses over the past ten years.
