
Applicants can choose between training as a systems management assistant, IT specialist for systems integration and IT specialist for application development at aagon. With Thorsten Kontorzik and Mathias Tillmann, the young people have two experienced, long-standing training managers at their side. Around ten young men and women complete their training at the IT company in Soest at the same time. After successfully completing their training, they can usually look forward to an offer of employment. Since more than 20 years aagon is already an IHK-certified training company; on average received around 90 percent of trainees are offered a permanent contract. And even in this crisis-ridden year, four of the five trainees who have completed their training remain at aagon with a permanent position!
High takeover rate, good career opportunities
Long-standing, loyal and satisfied employees are the best proof that training pays off for the company. Currently, 25 of the 100 employees are former trainees. Sebastian Weber, for example, was one of the first trainees and has now been working for aagon for over 20 years; today as a successful product manager whose ideas are reflected in the company's own acmp suite. Good development and training opportunities and the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly are not empty promises at aagon. It is not for nothing that aagon repeatedly receives very good ratings on the online employer rating portal kununu and has even been named "top company".
