- You manage employee files and are responsible for maintaining our digital personnel file Personio
- You create personnel master data in Personio, maintain and check it reliably
- You take over all administrative tasks in the context of personnel support
- You create employment contract documents as well as employment references and various certificates
- You record and maintain sick notes and attendances/absences in the system
- You provide support at employee events, HR projects and career fairs
What you bring with you
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a personnel specialist
- You have professional experience in personnel administration or processing
- You are characterized by a high degree of reliability, service orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- You are confident with MS Office applications
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German
- You convince with a confident appearance, high social competence and discretion
