Soest, September 24, 2018: A total of 4 young people have started their training at aagon GmbH this year. Now that a few weeks have passed, the new employees are firmly integrated into the respective departments of the Soest-based software company.

"I made exactly the right choice," says a delighted Teo Fusiarz, who is almost a fully-fledged member of the aagon team as a trainee IT systems administrator. From here, he communicates with over 1000 customers from the entire D-A-CH region and supports the team in its daily tasks. This includes not only direct customer contact, but also commercial responsibility in the background.

Patrik Badt is completing his training as an IT specialist for system integration. He particularly likes the open approach of all employees and the calm and relaxed working atmosphere, in which he is not "just" a trainee but is seen as an equal employee. He is already able to contribute ideas and suggestions at meetings. He has already taken his first steps in programming the acmp Client Commands and carried out his first tests in the Client Management Platform environment.

He also sees the Soest company's good reputation as a plus point of the training and an incentive for the trainee to not only settle into the usual work routine, but also to learn the Corporate culture at aagon to internalize. In the first few weeks of training, a car pool was formed not only to save on fuel costs, but also to make an active contribution to environmental protection.

Alexander Stühl, Director of Sales & Marketing, who is also responsible for personnel matters, is also satisfied. The shortage of skilled workers is of course particularly noticeable in our industry. Nevertheless, we are always pleased to be able to inspire young people from the region to train in our company. When applying, he says, it is not necessarily the perfect CV that counts, but the overall impression a person makes during a personal interview. Our 80 or so aagonauts have grown into a permanent team over the course of the company's 25-year history. New employees and trainees have to bring that certain something that defines our company philosophy.
