Soest, June 23, 2020. techconsult's study proves it in black and white: The acmp suite receives top ratings in the "Customer Satisfaction Analysis by Users for Users" and emerges as the winner. And as a manufacturer, aagon also received the highest praise from customers. This result is also reflected in the impressive renewal rate of 99.4 percent.

Under the name PUR-IT Ops 2020 - PUR stands for Professional User Rating - the IT market research company techconsult surveyed around 1,400 companies in which decision-makers and users evaluate solutions and their providers. In total 120 solution providers taken into account. The manufacturer and solution evaluation was carried out independently and according to over 60 criteria such as range of functions, performance and user-friendliness. The provider's innovative strength, sustainability, service and support as well as user training were also included in the assessment.

The overarching question of the PUR 2020 study was: What are the main tasks that IT departments have to deal with in their day-to-day operations? Four areas emerged from this question:

  • IT service desk,
  • Network Management & Monitoring,
  • Client Lifecycle Management and
  • Software Asset & License Management.

The results of the extensive survey are presented by techconsult in the form of a "diamond", in which the individual providers are positioned according to their ratings. acmp from aagon occupiesthe top positionsin all the questions and comes out ontopin the areas of Software Asset & License Management and Client Lifecycle Management clearly emerged as the winner.

aagon is also far ahead of its competitors in the Service and support (89.7 out of 100 points). It pays to have a service center directly at the Soest production site. German-speaking support team with comprehensive technical expertise, is always easy to reach and answers questions promptly.

Other criteria that customers rate as outstanding in the acmp suite are the usability, installation and implementation of the solution. However, customers also praise functions such as holistic inventory and automated distribution of software and patches.

But Wilko Frenzel, one of aagon's two managing directors, is not about to rest on his laurels. He has specific goals for the coming months: "We always look at real challenges faced by system administrators on a day-to-day basis and actively incorporate customer feedback, even during development. We know what pains customers have. The completion of the Windows 10 migration continues to be an important topic. Our acmp modules offer precise help in this area. From August, we will also be targeting the automatic patch management of third-party products with managed software."

The most important source of innovative product enhancements for the dedicated aagon team is the constant exchange with customers and partners. As a technology-enthusiastic, owner-managed manufacturer, this dialog is a very important point for product development, and this will not change in the future.
